FRXSH at Forum 2013 at SEEDAMM PLAZA

It’s probably the first time that so many catering professionals were welcomed with such fresh fruit juices. Heinz Brassel and his team whipped up every single smoothie right before the wondering eyes of the 350 participants at the Hotel and Gastro Union’s Forum 2013. What made this feat possible was flawless preparation – and FRXSH. The innovative drink mixer FRXSH enabled an extraordinary mise en place of fresh fruit into 50 bottles. Because the mixing process takes only 40 seconds, just-in-time mixing in the four available FRXSH’s proved child’s play. Brassel may have been out of breath, but for an entirely different reason. He was busy providing nonstop information about his novel offering to a bevy of interested gastro pros.

Right from his first contact with the FRXSH, Brassel was convinced of its usefulness. He realized immediately that he could apply the unusual freshness concept during the seminar breaks with energizing drinks and at lunch for fresh, frothy soups. Moreover, he wanted to be one of the first to realize this idea. His vision was in perfect keeping with the pioneering role that SEEDAMM PLAZA has long played in seminar and event catering. On 22 May the participants of Forum 2013 came away inspired by his creativity.
