
Parsley Lassi

Ingredients
Serves 2
- ½ bunch parsley
- 200 g plain yogurt
- 3 dl water
- 2 teaspoons capers
- Salt, pepper
Preparation
Wash the parsley, shake it dry and pluck the leaves from the stems. Grind the parsley in the FRXSH with the yogurt, water and capers and season with a little salt. Pour the lassi into two glasses and serve it with pepper to taste.
